Mr. Wax earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1961. From 1961 to 1990 he owned and operated Metropolitan Detroit’s largest wholesale bakery supply distribution company, which he sold in 1990.

Mr. Wax has been in the commercial- industrial real estate industry since 1992. He specializes in industrial properties & cooler/freezer facilities for the food industry. He is also proficient in the sale/lease of a wide spectrum of commercial and office sites.

To enhance his well-established and successful career, Mr. Wax joined Burger Easton & Company in the Spring of 2005 as a Senior Associate. During his career, Mr. Wax has personally closed over 440 transactions, encompassing over 7,500,000 square feet of industrial, commercial, and office property. These transactions totaled in excess of $240,000,000.00 and included the sale of a 949,684 square foot building in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Mr. Wax is married, has two children, and has resided in Farmington Hills for the past forty years.
